Total price is $6.00 lb plus an additional $100 per half butcher fee. $4.70 lb paid directly to us and $1.40 lb paid directly to the butcher. All pricing is based on the hanging weight.

Total price is $4.75 lb plus an additional $100 per half butcher fee. $3.45 lb paid directly to us and $1.40 lb paid directly to the butcher. All pricing is based on the hanging weight.
